Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship within United Arab Emirates (UAE) & Pakistan.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Dubai & Lahore, Pakistan.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will be denied. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within Pakistan typically arrive within 7-14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 14 days after shipping, please contact us at support@denzo.com, and we will assist you.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
No, all orders within Pakistan are tax-inclusive, and there are no additional customs charges.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time for the transaction to be posted.
